Job description
About the role
Innomium has a differentiated story: public models and research, end-to-end AI engineering, Arena challenges, GPU infrastructure, and an expanding technical team. This role makes that story discoverable and useful without turning it into generic AI marketing.
The mandate
You will own growth programs across technical brand, employer brand, careers marketing, research launches, service campaigns, and builder-community acquisition. You will work directly with engineers and researchers to extract credible narratives, then adapt them for the audiences and channels that matter.
A core priority is the careers funnel. You will make the ten open roles visible to qualified candidates, improve job and campaign conversion, build a repeatable talent-content program, and connect Arena participation with the broader technical community—without implying that competition participation guarantees employment.
What strong performance looks like
You establish clear audience segments, channel hypotheses, campaign instrumentation, and a content calendar grounded in real artifacts. Qualified conversations and applications improve, attribution becomes more useful, and the company’s technical voice becomes more consistent without losing substance.
How we work
You will have access to the work and the people doing it. We expect excellent writing, disciplined experimentation, respect for candidate experience, and the confidence to reject vague claims even when they would be easier to promote.
Responsibilities
The work this role is expected to own.
- Build integrated growth plans for technical buyers, builders, and prospective candidates
- Own employer-brand and careers campaigns across job pages, content, communities, events, and paid experiments
- Interview engineers and researchers and translate real work into precise, persuasive narratives
- Plan research releases, service campaigns, role launches, and lifecycle content with clear conversion goals
- Instrument source, engagement, qualified inquiry, application, and funnel-quality metrics
- Improve candidate-facing content, distribution, campaign operations, and cross-channel consistency
- Partner with Arena and Insights on community programs while preserving clear product and employment boundaries
Requirements
Capabilities and experience that support success in this role.
- Professional B2B, developer, technical-product, or employer-brand marketing experience
- Exceptional editorial judgment and evidence of writing technical ideas clearly
- Experience planning and measuring multi-channel campaigns from hypothesis through conversion
- Ability to work directly with engineers, researchers, recruiters, and senior decision-makers
- Strong analytical habits with comfort using attribution and funnel data without overclaiming causality
- A portfolio of campaigns, content, or growth programs that produced qualified engagement
Nice to have
Useful adjacent experience, but not a substitute for the core requirements.
- Experience marketing AI, cloud, developer tools, research, open-source, or engineering careers
- Experience with talent communities, recruiting marketing, technical events, or challenge platforms
- Hands-on capability with marketing automation, analytics, SEO, paid media, or creative production
